Welcome to Goa Darling. By accessing our website at booking.goadarling.com or making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Goa Darling is a tour and travel service (GSTIN: 06AAWFG6847K1ZK), offering fixed departure and customised tour packages to Goa, India. Our registered office is in Karnal,Haryana India.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by Goa Darling.
- All prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
- Minimum booking requirement is 2 persons per package.
- Booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp within 2 hours of payment.
3. Payment Terms
💳 Book with just ₹2,000 advance — pay the rest before travel.
- Advance: ₹2,000 per booking to confirm your slot.
- Partial: ₹5,000 advance option available.
- Full Payment: 3% discount on full upfront payment.
- Balance payment must be completed 7 days before travel date.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee.
- 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund of total amount paid.
- 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund of total amount paid.
- Less than 7 days: No refund. Amount can be adjusted for rescheduling.
- Advance booking amounts (₹2,000) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Rescheduling
- One free rescheduling allowed up to 15 days before travel date.
- Rescheduling less than 15 days before travel is subject to availability and ₹500 rescheduling fee.
- New travel date must be within 6 months of original booking date.
6. What's Included & Excluded
Each package clearly states inclusions and exclusions. Generally:
- Included: Hotel stay, meals as specified, airport/station transfers, activities listed in package.
- Not included: Airfare/train fare, personal expenses, tips, items not listed in inclusions, GST on add-ons.
7. GST & Pricing
- All package prices are inclusive of 5% GST unless stated otherwise.
- Add-on activity prices are per person and subject to availability.
- Goa Darling reserves the right to revise prices due to fuel surcharges, government taxes, or force majeure events.
8. Itinerary Changes
While we strive to deliver the exact itinerary, Goa Darling reserves the right to modify the sequence of activities, substitute hotels of similar category, or cancel activities due to:
- Weather conditions or natural calamities
- Government orders or restrictions
- Operational reasons beyond our control
In such cases, alternate arrangements of equal value will be provided. No monetary refund will be given for activity substitutions.
9. Traveller Responsibilities
- Carry valid government-issued photo ID for all travellers.
- Arrive at pickup points on time. Goa Darling is not responsible for missed activities due to late arrival.
- Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking.
- Travellers must follow safety instructions during adventure activities.
10. Liability
Goa Darling acts as a tour organiser and is not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Personal injury during optional/add-on activities
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party services
- Any indirect or consequential losses
11. Force Majeure
Goa Darling is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or credit notes.
12. User Accounts & Google Sign-In
When you sign in with Google on our booking page, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Goa Darling. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
